Gingerpig is founded by Boudewijn Bonebakker, former guitarist at Gorefest. After several successful years with Gorefest it was time to do something completely different. After buying a Hammond organ, and getting a lot of inspiration out of the old-school seventies heavy rock, Boudewijn founded Gingerpig.

The Ways of the Gingerpig reveals a band that is a whole and knows no restrictions. The songs vary from long spun soundscapes to compact pop songs. Sometimes even with the typical Bonebakker-riffs which are also to be heard on the albums of Gorefest. The Ways of the Gingerpig takes you on a trip like the old records of the seventies. Humane, warm, and full of experimental passion.
