Backengrillen is a raw collision of death-doom, noise rock and hardcore instinct. The band takes heavy riffs, repeats them until they begin to lose their shape, then tears them apart with an intentionally chaotic approach.

The material was written during the band’s first rehearsal on a Thursday, performed live the following day and recorded on Saturday, capturing seasoned musicians from hardcore punk, metal, free jazz and noise at their most immediate.
