ADAMS, DERROLL – BANJO TROUBADOUR LP 180 GR VINYL GATEFOLD + CD
Rediscover the heartfelt storytelling and timeless folk spirit of Derroll Adams with Banjo Troubadour: A Live Recording, a rare and intimate performance captured on vinyl LP. Known for his soulful baritone voice and evocative banjo playing, Adams was a true American folk troubadour whose influence stretched far beyond his native Portland, Oregon — inspiring artists like Donovan and Ramblin’ Jack Elliott. Released by Starman Records, this live recording captures Adams in his element: on stage, sharing songs and stories with warmth, wit, and emotional depth. The album offers a powerful glimpse into the life and artistry of one of folk’s unsung heroes — stripped down, honest, and beautifully human. With its analog warmth and historical significance, this LP is a must-have for collectors of traditional folk, Americana, and vintage singer-songwriter recordings.
