Waiting for the Roar
Fastway – Waiting For The Roar is the third studio album from British hard rock outfit Fastway, originally released in 1986 and now reissued as a limited edition colored vinyl. Featuring “Fast” Eddie Clarke (formerly of Motörhead) and vocalist Dave King (later of Flogging Molly), this record showcases the band exploring a more melodic and radio-friendly sound while retaining their hard rock edge. Packed with high-energy riffs, soaring vocals, and polished production, Waiting For The Roar stands as a unique entry in the Fastway discography — bridging classic British heavy rock with AOR sensibilities. This special reissue comes housed in a collectible format that appeals to both longtime fans and new listeners alike. A must-have for collectors of ’80s rock and fans of Whitesnake, Dio, Scorpions, and UFO.
