On her new EP ‘Live, Raw and Intimate’, Jennie Lena takes a fresh dive into the styles she grew up with and loves: Soul, Blues and Funk.

This Amsterdam native is blessed with an excellent voice and a gift for songwriting. She is a charismatic artist, combining timeless music with her own contemporary twist and constantly walking the line between pain and hope.

Recorded during her Club Tour, Jennie Lena and her exciting four-piece band and backing vocalists presented a set list featuring music from her latest album ‘To Be Honest’ and renditions of some of her favourite songs, including Nina Simone’s “Work Song”, Curtis Mayfield’s “Hard Times” and the Jacksons’ “Heartbreak Hotel”.
