Subtext’ heralds a new chapter for Lemondaze, whose immersive blend of post-rock, shoegaze, and grungy emotional weight has quietly built them a cult following across the UK underground. Produced and mixed by Matt Glasbey (Sorry, Alt-J, David Gilmour), the EP was recorded between sessions in London and Brighton in 2024 and represents a revitalised incarnation of Lemondaze – marking their first body of work since their thrilling yet raw 2021 debut EP ‘Celestial Bodies’.
