Anti-Nuclear Blues comes from Louisiana Red, the blues musician born Iverson Minter in Alabama in 1932. After a difficult childhood and service in the Korean War, he pursued the ambition of becoming a blues musician that had taken shape after meeting Muddy Waters.

This expanded CD edition adds five live bonus tracks recorded at the American Folk Blues Festival in 1981.
