My Solid Ground comes from the German progressive rock band founded in Rüsselsheim in 1968. After several early lineup changes, the group entered the studio in 1970 and recorded the nearly 25-minute piece Flash.
The track earned second place in a band competition organised by Südwestfunk’s Pop Shop, attracting record-industry attention and leading to a contract with the progressive Bacillus label. This CD edition adds four bonus tracks and comes in a digisleeve eco pack.
