Skinshape X Horus brings together Will Dorey, aka Skinshape, and Ben Bell of Horus Records. The pair founded Horus in 2013 through a shared passion for vintage Jamaican music, initially focusing on rare reggae reissues before expanding into original studio productions rooted in 1960s and 1970s reggae and dub.
Friends and collaborators for more than two decades, Dorey and Bell are joined on the album by musicians connected to their longstanding relationships within the reggae scene.
