“Rust on the Gates of Heaven” is het nieuwe album van Wear Your Wounds. De Cd en LP zijn in alle winkels verkrijgbaar maar de bij Suburban is ie verkrijgbaar op cassette!

Wear Your Wounds is opgericht door Converge-oprichter Jacob Bannon. Aanvankelijk bedacht als een solo-project, maar het evolueerde naar een vijfkoppige band. In 2017 bracht Wear Your Wounds “WYW” uit (het debuut dubbelalbum) en “Arthritic Heart“. Vervolgens volgden een aantal shows waaronder Roadburn Festival 2017 en Desert Festival UK.

De officiële line-up van de band; Jacob Bannon (Converge), Mike McKenzie (The Red Chord, Maag Aarde, Unraveller, etc.), Adam McGrath (Cave In, Nomad Stones, etc.), Sean Martin (Zweeptongen, ex-Hatebreed, ex-Kid Cudi) en Chris Maggio (ex-Trap Them, ex-Sleigh Bells, enz.). Met als gastmuzikanten Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe, White Horse) en Gared O’Donnell (Planes Mistaken For Stars, Hawks and Doves).
